The vector of anti-G250 chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) is constructed for the engineering of T cells to target human G250. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing scFv of anti-G250 antibody linked to a CD8 hinge-transmembrane domain and CD3-zeta signaling domains. And the vector product was designed for modifying T lymphocytes, and the modified T lymphocytes was designed for renal carcinoma treatment.https://www.creative-biolabs.com/car-t/pcdcar1-g250-h-8%CE%B6-t-795.htm
