Creative Animodel has developed a series of in vivo and in vitro micronucleus tests for genotoxicity and mutagenicity detection of your drug candidates that induce the formation of small membrane bound DNA fragments in cells. Our in vivo rodent micronucleus test is the most widely used as a follow-up to positive in vitro mutagenicity results and provides a coarse-grain filter for preliminary screening of potentially in vivo mutagens. To date, we have evaluated a large number of compounds with this internationally validated method. https://www.creative-animodel.com/toxicology/in-vivo-rodent-micronucleus-test.html
