My work focuses primarily on understanding why we age, a major puzzle of biology. Succinctly, my research integrates experimental and computational methods to help unravel the genetic, cellular, and molecular mechanisms of aging. The ultimate goal of my work is to help decipher the human genome and how it regulates complex processes like aging in order to develop interventions that preserve health and combat disease.
