I lead the Integrative Genomics of Ageing Group (http://pcwww.liv.ac.uk/~aging/), and I have extensive experience in data analysis and integration of multidimensional data. Although my lab’s research integrates different strategies, its focal point is developing and applying experimental and computational methods that help bridge the gap between genotype and phenotype, a major challenge of the post-genome era, and help decipher the human genome. We also develop bioinformatics tools and databases, primarily for research on ageing and age-related diseases, but also for broader analyses.
